Solarmom,

I've had some sacral burning but that hasn't been my area of worst pain. You could try an SI joint block or some prolotherapy into the SI ligaments to see if that helps. I was told my SI ligaments were chronically strained and I think prolotherapy helped some although it was somewhat painful for about a week afterward. I felt like it was worth it though.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

Hi Violet
thank you for all the info.
My symptoms keep getting worse all the time.
I feel burning in my labia pireneum groin rectum... I went to a PT and she said she can't feel my pelvus floor muscels AT ALL! Can a pelvic nerves entrappment cause that??
I also was diagnoased with reduction of neves fiber (biophsy took from my leg).
Doctors here think its all just a chronic pain syndrom... But I feel I'm loosing time.

Wondering about your thoghts?
Trying to understand what to do... does a chiropract or osteopath can help if nerves are trapped?

Shrona, I don't understand how they can't feel your pelvic floor muscles at all. The muscles are what make up the pelvic floor and if you don't have muscles there you don't have a pelvic floor and I think that is impossible -- but maybe I did not understand you correctly.

You can do a search on Hermajesty's posts regarding Tarlov Cysts. Sometimes (not always) they are significant and may cause symptoms.
