Any doctors that can treat PGAD?

I know a lot of people have pelvic pain problems and that their PGAD can get better if the source is treated. Thing is, as you may already know, I think my PGAD stems from getting off of an SSRI. Are there any doctors that you know of who can treat PGAD by itself?

Dr Gordon in Toronto is my neurologist. He has a few residents and one of them prescribed me a topical cream with lidocaine and gabapentin in it, that works better than anything else I've been prescribed. It helps with both arousal and pain.

I have also used a cream that had gabapentin, lidocane, amitryptline, and ketamine.

The ketamine is a big player in nerve pain, as it shuts down the sensory nerves but not the control nerves. It may be worth it to see if you can get a compound with ketamine. I applied this directly to the scrotum as the hypersensitivity was so intense I was on 5mg of dialuded every 6 hours for the pain. Within a day the pain was down significantly.

Does any of those creams yall mention work for the arousal feeling inside the vagina,not just the clitorus? also, im confused on some drugs like amntripteline (im sure I mispelled that) because SSRI drugs can cause pgad, yet dont they also try and treat it with this medication which IS an ssri??

Amitriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant, not an SSRI.

Can Amitriptyline cause pgad or make it worse??

I've never heard of it causing PGAD or making it worse but it's hard to make any guarantees when it comes to drugs.
