Can somone explain SIJD?

Post by blightcp »

I have heard SIJD mentioned allot on the forum, but I am not familiar with it, can somebody point me to a decent explanation?

I have heard it mentioned many times, but i don't understand the relation to PN.

The closest i can relate it to is general pelvic stability, which i have from both SS ligament taken out and ST weakened.

Thanks
