Recently heard from someone in the admin e-mail box who is doing very well after neurostimulator implanted by Dr. Kenneth Peters in Detroit, MI. This person had pain primarily in the anterior PN distribution area (front genital area). Last I heard she is off of morphine sulphate extended relief and weaning off of her other morphine. She said Dr. Peters is very kind and understanding and knows a lot about PNE.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

Re: Dr. Kenneth Peters
Ken peters is the number two medtronic implanted in the world, this man is very well respected as having a good understanding of chronic pain and uses stimulators to treat same.
PNE started 2003 following Vaginal Hysterectomy, pelvic floor repair and right oophorectomy; eventually after many tests had BilateralTG surgery Nantes 2004; following this tried many other treatments including 7 day epidural, ketamin infusions to no avail; Trialed and was implanted with a Neurostimulator in 2007- Dr Van Buyten Belgium, this has enabled me to manage my pain much better.
Re: Dr. Kenneth Peters

Excellent research! Thank you for your work, Violet.
Re: Dr. Kenneth Peters
Dr. Conway is considering sending me to him if the pulsed RF does not work.
According to Dr. Conway, he places the stimulator ON the pudendal nerve, and not at the spine.
Dr. Conway stated that the negative factors of a spinal stim was that it would engage the abdominal and pelvic muscles and that was counter productive.
