hyperacidity
Hi, I had pain while sitting and urinating for years now. I went to see a lot of doctors and I believed in the end it was some kind of pudendal nerve pain. Another doctor now told me I should check the acid-level in my urine. Results were that I had a hyperacidity, which caused a serious bladder infection. By just less softdrinks, coffee, alcohol and less meat, wheat and cheese I changed the acidlevel of my urine to 6,5 (in the morning), before it was 4,5, which is too low. There is an interesting book in german "Risiko Saurer Urin" by Siklinde Hakushi. She states that 90% of all doctors still have no treatment for a chronical bladder infection, which can also cause pain while sitting. She recommends to change the diet and drink more water and juices. and it helped. So, please everybody first measure your urine acid level and change your diet before doing a surgery.
