went to a specialist here in ohio that deals with pudendal issues..she said that she thinks i DO HAVE pudendal neuralgia based on my symptoms and my emg with skin biopsy showed some abnormalities..so she said to stick to the PT and she wants to do trigger point injections..
kinda nervous i have read on them good and bad..any insight would be great..are they painful?? will i have immediate relief or will it make thngs worse??

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
