Valentine's Day

Here is a place for social chats with special attention to support and non medical discussions. We need a place to chill out, where we can distract from our pain and enjoy lighter moments, share a joke or funny moment with others.

I thought the same thing as you did, Mel! Smarties in the US are those overly sweet/sour fruity flavors of compressed powdered sugar, in a pill-like shape. :D
Ultra Sound in 03/08 showed severely retroverted, detaching uterus with mulitple fibroids and ovarian cysts.
Pressure and pain in lower abdomen and groin area was unspeakable and devastating.

Our smarties are coloured, candy coated disc shaped chocolate, yes, M and M style (M and M's used to be Treats here. I love peanut Treats SO much, I wouldn't dare buy any) You also made our Marathon bars into Snickers! still taste good tho' :)
MMMmmmm. No! wouldn't fancy a smartie Mcflurry your side either ;)

Meliora,
Thanks for the condolence. I have not been too into holidays but did enjoy some Godiva chocolate covered strawberries. The smarties in UK sound much better than the ones here in US!

Karyn, sadly I do eat smarties, but never in ice cream! heehee! :) I have a major sweet tooth!

Helen, I think the food in the UK is of MUCH better quality than in the US. I actually am excited when I can find/buy food from Europe. It is healthier!!! Almost everything here is full of hydrogenated oils and million other strange ingredients!

Janet, you are welcome. Losing family is so very difficult. :(
Your Godiva strawberries sound absolutely divine!
