Helen

Thanks from me - that is so much clearer than reading through anything - i have been trying to work out which muscles keep tightening in my vulva.
Is my understanding now of 'spasm' is that it means a contraction or tightening of muscles and not a 'wave' of contractions ? Think i was talking at odds when i last saw the pain consultant as i thought a spasm was a wave.
