I have ordered a book recommended by Calluna called - Coping Successfully with Pain by Neville shone.
I noticed on Amazon that you can click/vote on a link to suggest to the publishers that this book should be on Kindle - it isn't at the moment.
Just wondered if others could vote too then maybe it will become available on Kindle - i would like to have loaded it on mine and thought maybe someone else would also want to as well.

Pain book vote
Re: Pain book vote
While the book may be great and I don't mind voting for it, the book has been first published in 1992 and revised in 1995. Quite a bit of research has been done on the subject since. I can see how Amazon may think it is just not worth adding a 1995 self-help book to the Kindle store.
2002 PN pain started following a fall on a wet marble floor
2004 Headache in the pelvis clinic. Diagnosed with PNE by Drs. Jerome Weiss, Stephen Mann, and Rodney Anderson

2010 MRN and 3T MRI showing PNE. Diagnosed with PNE by Dr. Aaron Filler. 2 failed PNE surgeries.
2011-2012 Horrific PN pain.
2013 Experimented with various Mind-body modalities
3/2014 Significantly better
11/2014 Cured. No pain whatsoever since

Re: Pain book vote
Thank you Ezer.
I like to go by someone's recommendation and hope that some of the basic principles still apply - it has had recent good reviews on Amazon.
The request goes to the publisher and if Amazon do eventually accept it for the Kindle it will probably be very cheap - their older books usually are.
