Ezer, I about died laughing at the you-tube video.

You know Kris, the twike is very cute but if you and I were in a car accident my SUV would smash your twike. Are you not afraid to drive around in it? I mean.....here in the US the way people drive you would be in serious danger, man.
PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

Hi Violet,

I know ..but those SUV's are not the solution ...they are the cause of unsafety .. (Ok I had one too  )
When are we save enough ?
When we drive 30 tons steel arround ???
but even then ....40 tons is allowed isn't it ??

Kris
Bicyclist / IT guy / sitting allot
Then pain -- but only when sitting--
took me 3 years - nerve blocks etc to find out that it really was the surface of a chair that could help.. Now . After 5 years doing well -- on a special chair - special recumbent bike- special car - but ..almost without pain !!

Violet

Wht a good point you have made.....I did wonder this when Kris and his son came to collect me...Kris drove me in the Twike and his son in the SUV.
When we passed very big trucks on the road I felt very vunerable and small!!!!! However it was very comfortable....and that would be the reason I would like to have one.
PNE started 2003 following Vaginal Hysterectomy, pelvic floor repair and right oophorectomy; eventually after many tests had BilateralTG surgery Nantes 2004; following this tried many other treatments including 7 day epidural, ketamin infusions to no avail; Trialed and was implanted with a Neurostimulator in 2007- Dr Van Buyten Belgium, this has enabled me to manage my pain much better.

I guess the solution would be for everyone to have a twike and no more large vehicles.  I don't expect that will ever happen!

Im not sure that the World would cope if everyone drove a Twike but it is a very efficient way of travelling costs a little to run and is comfortable for us who cannot sit.....!!!!!
