PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

Re: Hibner's Master Course Video
Thanks Violet,
I wish he hadn't added the other 'activities' to the reasons why can PN occur. I have never even heard that mentioned by anyone and we have enough to put up with without that reference!
I watched the vid in the wee small hrs as I was awake, it's properly put me off my breakfast, so a good diet day today, thanks Dr Hibner
He shows a mesh surgery Calluna if you wanted to put yourself through it (again)
Take care,
Helen

Oh noooo thankyou - no videos! I have more of that coming up soon, hopefully, and would much rather not think about the details. Still waiting for the phone call from the hospital, consultant's secretary has told me I am still on the 'urgent' list so that's ok, at least I know it has not been shelved.helenlegs 11 wrote: He shows a mesh surgery Calluna if you wanted to put yourself through it (again)

Helen, I haven't been able to view the video. What other "activities" were mentioned as possible causes of PN?helenlegs 11 wrote:I wish he hadn't added the other 'activities' to the reasons why can PN occur. Helen, I have heard it mentioned on the forum before (maybe before you came along) -- especially in the context of vibrators.
Sorry to have ruined your breakfast.
