bowling ball inside me

Post by kat »

I forget what this is called, but I always felt like I had something up in my vagina. It felt like my uterus was going to fall out of me all the time.
A urologist and my OB assured me that all my stuff was fine and it was freaking me out that parts of my body felt like they were falling out.

I no longer have that feeling. 3 months out from surgery and the only time I get any feeling at all is if I'm on my feet for over an hour. Like if I go to the mall to walk around just to get out of the house.
Even then, it feels like a ping pong ball. Just a little something not causing pain, but it does feel weird.

Just wanted you all to know that surgery helped that effect of PNE that some of us have.

Loves and good luck as you look for answers.
Born with pudendal and obtorator neuralgia. 32 years of being misdiagnosed.
Surgery with Conway 7/14/10. Internal burning cured!
Currently in PT for many pelvic floor issues due to having PN for so long.

Awesome, Kat! It is just great to hear when someone is improving. ;)
PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
