I'm male.in my 30s
I dont have the typical pains of Pudendal pain when sitting. I have not being diagnorsed with PN damage but
according to my reading, i may have this. As of yet, i have been diagnosed with Prostatitis but the doctor never really paid attention when i told him i have a lot of tingling in the scrotum and pens and some numbness and some sharp pains in the penis.
He just went to Prostatitsi even though, i told him the initial injury i had was in the penis(sligt pulling when erect)
I do have alot of tingling/burning in the scrotum. And i have sharp pains in the penis upon various reasons. Like bending my torso, getting my groin squeezed by pants/underwear, and sometimes just at random times for no reason.
Is there anytying you can do to stop the Tingling sensation?
And i dont mean tingling that feels good. This tingling is something that feels really uncomfortable

Take a look at medication in the home page dbejeoBette3 . I have heard some mention that tramadol has helped them with this problem but it's all a bit of an experiment to see what can work for the individual.
Many women do get that tingling too and often use ice (also for burning nerve pain) One clever lady (Des) suggested filling a condom but adding a little alcohol to stop it freezing completely or a packet of frozen peas(or similar) can also be used. Wrap in a covering first.

A combination of lyrica and some sort of antidepressant such as elavil or cymbalta are often helpful for the symptoms you are describing. It takes some trial and error to find out what works though, and it's smart to just start out with one medication at a time to see if it's helping. You could also try some sort of topical medication like premjact spray to see if that calms things down a bit. You can get it on Amazon. But these are just temporary "bandaids" and you really want to figure out what's causing the problem so you can treat the cause.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

Thanks guys.
But from what i'm reading and hearing this can be a lifelong thing.
How do you go about accepting this major life change? And how do you prepare to tackle this for 30 more years of life.
I'm having trouble still on accepting that I'm in pain, i can't do nothing normal and that i feel weird sensations all the time. and that i can't relax and breath and relax.
And then my case is right in the male parts so it's not something I can ignore easily.

As Part of a multidisciplinary approach to pain management take a look at cognitive behavioural and mindfulness treatments as well as acceptance. They can help. I wouldn't even begin to think of this as a long term problem at this stage, you have a few treatments to try, start with medication and PT for instance.
I would take a stabbing guess that these conservative treatments will help you a great deal, you may not need anything further.
Try and focus on the positives, you know the options available, you have acted on the problem at a very early stage, the onset was not through trauma i.e. a fall, surgery, childbirth OK, sorry But that is if the diagnosis turns out to be PN.
Fingers crossed for you that some answers and a solution can be found soon
Take care,
Helen

Yeah, i have looked at those treeatments and meditation. I've been trying to do it. But then i come out of meditation and day to day, keep having this strong tingling/burning sensation so it makes me think this will never stop. so i become anxious and scared.
i still dont have any answers. Feels like my life is over.

It's normal to feel scared and anxious when you have those sensations. Are you eligible to apply for disability or medicaid so you can get treatment?
