Dr. Hertz specializes in RSD. I met him once and he was going to do outpatient Ketamine infusions but I found someone in Rochester, NY to do them. I really liked him and he has a great reputation as a pain specialist.

9/10 Removed left side TOT, botox, re-evaluate obturator nerve - Dr. Hibner
2/11 LFCN and saphenous neuralgia - Dr. Dellon 2/11 MRI with Dr. Potter - confirmed entrapment
