Dr. Ronny Hertz The Manhattan Center For Pain Management St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital Center 1000 Tenth Avenue New York, New York 10019 Phone: 212-523-6357 Fax: 212-523-6217

Dr. Hertz specializes in RSD. I met him once and he was going to do outpatient Ketamine infusions but I found someone in Rochester, NY to do them. I really liked him and he has a great reputation as a pain specialist.
