i have had this pain in my vaginal and now my rectum for 16 yrs..on hydro,ultram was really good for a few yrs..still on it elevil,gabbapintin,and sleeping meds..all of these yrs ive never been tested like i read on here. just millions ways to help pain..it is 24/7..never below a scale of five..is anyone on here from missouri, usa..i am on ssi so i cant afford all the surgeries ect. i read about r travel..i am a 59 yr old women..sorry for all misspelled words. any new meds out? thanks deedee :?:

DeeDee, do you have government health insurance along with your SSI? If you do, some of your treatments should be covered. If you are near St. Louis you could try the PT at this link: http://www.pudendalhope.org/node/63#MO and she might be able to direct you to a PNE aware doc.
PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
