Judith, thanks for sharing your creative outlet with us. I've always found that keeping busy as much as possible lowers your pain levels. I have to admit that literature/poetry was never one of my strong points but you are very good at it.
PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

Violet, Thanks so much for the encouragement. I have always love to write about so many topics, personal and professional, but also don't like to spend too much time on the computer for obvious reasons. But, it is a wonderful creative outlet and thanks so much for the encouragement. I think a blog sometimes helps one stay committed to the goal and a little more disciplined, so we'll see.

Thanks again,

Judith
