PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

My name is Mahzi and I live in india. I had decompression surgery done in france by Dr. E. ric Bautrant My operation was successful and i remained pain free for 5 yrs however now my pain is returning and my doctor has put me in Lyrica and baclofen. I have had a little relief but i am looking for a physio therapist in India who can help me. Out here nobody knows how to deal with this problem except to give medication. I saw that a lady called Shilpa has sent you a message and lives in India and is trying to help PNE patients how do I contact her. As maybe she can help me. Thanks regards mahzi

New Delhi is about an hour and a half hour flight from Kolkata where I live but if you can send me their phone number i can contact them and speak to them that will be very helpful. I had also written to Peter Dornan in australia who has sent me some exercises and manipulation to be done which i have started doing with a physio in kolkata but I would really like to contact the people in New delhi. They may also know where I can get a pudendal nerve block done by somebody experirnced.
