DVD - Understanding Sacroiliac Joint Pain

I just watched a very good video by Vicki Sims, PT, CHT called "Understanding Sacroiliac Joint Pain and What You Can Do About It."

The video is broken up into 4 sections:

1) Understanding Sacoiliac Joint Pain and What You Can Do About It.
Vick discusses the nature of sacroiliac joint dysfunction, common causes and symptomns, anatomy, and how it can be treated 24 minutes.

2) Self and Assisted Corrections.
This demonstrates several methods designed to restore the sacroiliac joint to tis nromal healthy position and relieve associated pain 15 minutes.

3) Taping Technique
A simple and effective means to provide support and stabilization for the sacroiliac joint complex as it heals 6 minutes.

4) Stabilization Exercises
This demonstrates simple exercises which will assist in stabilizing nad strengthening the sacroiliac joint complex 10 minutes.

I have that DVD as well. I haven't seen much improvement from the correct exercises or taping though. But it's informative for those who don't know much about SIJD
-11/08 vulvodynia began around conception of first & only pregnancy
-3/10 sacral/sitting pain began after SIJD manipulation
-Progressive widespread pain- central sensitization
-PT, meds, injections, botox, ESWT = debilitated.
-5/12 Potter MRI - scarring of left ST, coccygeous & posterior alcock
-12/12 - left FAI/labral hip tear surgery
2014-2019 managed w/ gabapentin, massage, and lifestyle mod
2020 - big flare up
