im sorry that you got an infection around your stim, I only hope that the medics have got that under control with antibiotics.
I kept my dressing in place for three months following my implantation and avoided getting the area wet for a long time.
Lets hope that the infection can be controllled soon so that you can continue with the stimulation.
PNE started 2003 following Vaginal Hysterectomy, pelvic floor repair and right oophorectomy; eventually after many tests had BilateralTG surgery Nantes 2004; following this tried many other treatments including 7 day epidural, ketamin infusions to no avail; Trialed and was implanted with a Neurostimulator in 2007- Dr Van Buyten Belgium, this has enabled me to manage my pain much better.

Ezzl--Did you try surgery first and if so did that help? Can you actually forget the buzzin feeling or is it always there in your mind?

Hi Grammy

I did have the surgery had some of my symptoms return recently but i'n currently i'n hospital on a ketermine infusion.
Re the stim I can feel the buzzing feeling but u do get used to it. It has def helped with the pain but still have awhile before the programing is right.
