I'm sorry to hear you are having such a difficult time after the nerve block. I hope that by reading this forum everyone will be well informed that there are no guarantees with nerve blocks or with any of the treatments prescribed for PNE patients -- and that includes physical therapy. Unfortunately, we are a difficult bunch to treat.
PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

Yes, it's a pudendal nerve block. You've had an MRI with Dr. Potter haven't you? Did you post it on the forum -- I can't seem to find it.
