Re: Canberra -Peter Dornan trained SIJ and PNE Physiotherapi
Could you all please help in getting a list together to add to the website? http://pudendalhope.org/node/59 Do these PT's need or want to be added? Thanks.
PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

Sunil,
Can you contact these PT's and find out if they specifically treat PN and have a good knowledge of our website. Can you ask their permission for us to add them to our our list of physios. Also ask if they've looked at HOPE website.
Regards,
Catherine

The 4 PT's listed have given permission to have their names listed. ie. Peter Dornan, Alison Lutz, Judith Thompson, Sherin Jarvis. All are PN aware and visit our website regularly.

Catherine, those 4 are already on our list but Bailey Maureen is not. Let me know if she needs to be added. Thanks.

Re: Canberra -Peter Dornan trained SIJ and PNE Physiotherapi
Hi Catherine
As we have so few threads from downunder I find listing these together extremely logical.
May I add that my womens health physio in Christchurch uses some of Peter's PT. He kindly emailed his techniques with instructions.
This what I liked about Peter, he is one of the few on our side who provides resources for PN unaware physios and also answers emails with queries quickly and with helpful info. If only they were all like this.
If there is anyone in New Zealand reading this I am happy to PM the name of my 'PN aware and interested' physio.
Jude
