Hi folks,
I have tried several different cushions and none have been comfortable. Last week I had to purchase diapers for my grandson, and while walking down the isle I noticed this thing called a boppy cushion that mothers use when breastfeeding their baby. I bought it!!! It has the right amount of cushion to keep my sits and tail bone off the seat and although I sit a bit higher...it feels great!! The cushion cost $20 and is in line with the prices of the other basic cushions.

Re: Boppy Cushion
I bought a boppy at my friends yard sale and it is the only way I can do any sitting at all. Don't get me wrong, I can't last any more than 20 or 30 minutes but that's 20 - 30 minutes than I was able too. Just enough time to eat a meal in a restaurant. I stand until the meal comes and then stand when I'm done but hey, it works great!!
Have been dealing with burning pain since Jan 2010.
No sitting since April 2010.
Seen the following dr's: DO, GYN, Dermatologist, Accupuncturist,
URO GYN (his RN is the one who suggested the pain could be PN), Neurologist
Had ECG and MRI both inconclusive, only the SSEP said Pudendal reaction was abnormal and they lost that test result.
Saw Dr. Castellanos April 6, 2011. Next steps, MRI and botox. Having PT while waiting.-Botox denied, appealing to Insurance company now.
