Re: RECENT UPDATE 01 FEB 2024 Loss sensation penile glans overnight (Dorsal nerve related) Success from Stem Cells?

Hi, If you read through all my post/messages its all very very detailed there. Just go through them a few times. Sorry if I have spelling mistakes or typos. Sometimes i write in a rush. I live in Asia. Many countries do not do or allow stem cell treatments including my country. I emailed a couple of...

Re: RECENT UPDATE 01 FEB 2024 Loss sensation penile glans overnight (Dorsal nerve related) Success from Stem Cells?

Some users are asking me question privately even though my post have been very detailed.

I do not usually log in to much to pudendalhope either.

Just to share with others in case its useful and it helps, what I wrote to this last user privately I am sharing here publicly as well.

Re: RECENT UPDATE 01 FEB 2024 Loss sensation penile glans overnight (Dorsal nerve related) Success from Stem Cells?

I've never taken any drugs or any sort. What caused my symptoms? No idea it happened all of a sudden and I had 3 complete months of no erectile function whatsoever 0% (even viagra didn't work). I saw a big improvement because I was coming from 0% function after my first MSC stem cell treatment, but ...

Re: Experiences with Dr. Aaron Filler?

My MRN took about 4 months. I can't really understand fully his detailed report - the results, notices some cyst and abnormalities in the impar ganglion and pudendal area - but not in clear English way too technical and certainly no diagnosis or recommendation. My symptoms are loss of sensation in t...

Re: RECENT UPDATE 01 FEB 2024 Loss sensation penile glans overnight (Dorsal nerve related) Success from Stem Cells?

Thanks! I'm pretty sure I wouldn't to the impar ganglion block - but I really wanted to hear back regarding my MRN asap. I'm also not sure what exactly happened to me its quite possible nothing to do with PN or dorsal nerves whatever my issues was the stem cell healed some of that. I'm continuing to...

Re: RECENT UPDATE 01 FEB 2024 Loss sensation penile glans overnight (Dorsal nerve related) Success from Stem Cells?

Another user privately told me that the MRN he did with Dr. Filler was very useful in identifying what issues he could have. He has not been able to resolve the issue which is complicated and medical procedures are extremely expensive. I'd start with an MR Neurography: https://queensquare.com/servic...

Re: RECENT UPDATE 01 FEB 2024 Loss sensation penile glans overnight (Dorsal nerve related) Success from Stem Cells?

Hi cwb125, Sorry to hear. I wrote this long post with an update and my opinions because I kept getting my questions privately from other users. For me like I said my only symptom and problem was ED (only ED) no pain, no problem with urination and other stuff that more PN related - instead of neuralg...

Re: RECENT UPDATE 01 FEB 2024 Loss sensation penile glans overnight (Dorsal nerve related) Success from Stem Cells?

This is from Bing ChatGPT [/u] The ganglion impar is a bundle of nerves located in front of the sacrum, which is the bony triangle at the base of the spine. It is part of the sympathetic nervous system and controls functions and responses in the anal area, lower part of the urethra, vagina and vulv...

Re: RECENT UPDATE 01 FEB 2024 Loss sensation penile glans overnight (Dorsal nerve related) Success from Stem Cells?

It's been hard to track the recovery. It's hard to remember what it felt like before but it doesn't feel like before that's for sure - a bit of numbness or lack of sensation to some degree is there but nothing that worries me much anymore. The clinic in Dallas said up to 100 million in their email. ...
