Yes. Originally entrapped by thickened ligament. Then became re-entrapped with scar tissue from the surgery. No pain relief from either surgery very disappointing I'm sorry to hear that. From what I understand, my pudendal nerve was severely constricted by the sacrotuberous ligament, with 2 smaller branches going directly into the ligament.
