Understood the reservations about traveling, but PN surgery is a very rare surgery worldwide. I would guess Dr. Echo is only doing these a couple times a month, if that. I would absolutely ask him this to see his volume. You want a surgeon who is doing 1-3 PN surgeries every week on average for year...
