I see you had surgery by a doctor named Campbell. Was this at St. Johns, and is it something he commonly performs?stephanies wrote:To me, the post reads that he had been diagnosed with PN prior to seeing Dr. Bautrant and saw him for a consultation due to his experience with the condition.

Re: Well... What next?
Also it doesn't matter if its bacterial or non-bacterial prostatitis, I did a test and there was no inflammation or anything else wrong with my prostate, which rules this out entirely. That is ridiculous. Non-bacterial prostatitis is not detectable. Non-bacterial prostatitis rarely involves the pro...

Re: Piriformis Syndrome
I had a botox injection into my piriformis which allowed me to sit for 2 hrs. The botox wears off so now I am scheduled to have my piriformis removed by the surgeon who did my hip replacement. It may be a long shot..but the ab muscles are linked to the pelvic floor. With use of an electrical device like that ab belt it could cause the pelvic muscles to contract..and that alone could cause compression of the Pudendal nerve. Further worrying would just cause more contraction (though I under...

Emsella Chair
Has anyone tried the Emsella chair? I was diagnosed with PN and pelvic floor dysfunction by Dr. Peters. The muscles are very tight and painful, causing spasm, and I'm dealing with constipation and burning. He's sending me for pelvic floor therapy (closed due to covid) and a nerve block (not acceptin...
