Saw a Urogynecologist, said he could not rule out PN, and I should see someone else with more experience in that. I have pain all day now, sitting or standing, getting really tough to work.

Thank you for your reply, I have seen a gyn who didn’t think it was pudendal neuralgia, not sure how familiar she was though. But I agree it does seem some of those other areas would be involved. Just am never comfortable, especially sitting.

I was diagnosed with proximal hamstring tendinosis by MRI, had 2 cortisone injections and each time felt worse. The main source of my pain is near the sit bone but more towards inner thigh.
