Re: Who got help from pt and which doctor did you see?
Hi Beverly, I went to Rhonda for about 9 months. It did help although her treatments are quite painful. I am not 100% better (still have flares although most of the time am pain free, and not going to Rhonda anymore because now I just do the exercises she taught at home: knee pushes, pelvic floor dr...

Re: Who got help from pt and which doctor did you see?
For most of my life my body has been in quite a poor state. I was always underweight and super skinny as a child and adolescent. Then in college I finally gained lots of weight, but all that weight was basically fat. I was sitting all the time: first in school then college then work. Plus I do have ...

Re: Who got help from pt and which doctor did you see?
Hi April, Yeah I have seen PTs: Sarah Haag says “the human body is too smart” for there to be nerve irritation unless there was some huge physical event. Rhonda Kotarinos is of the same opinion plus she said all patients that ever came to her with PN complaints even after they already had decompress...

Who got help from pt and which doctor did you see?

So I am looking for a PT who will actually finally check my pudendal nerve. Turns out such doctor is super hard to find as even some doctors listed on this website do not beli...

Re: Successor to Jerome Weiss in San Francisco
I’m very interested to know this too. From what I read, Dr Weiss was really good at fixing pudendal issues with conservative measures without rushing people to surgery. There should be more doctors like that. So far I am not finding anyone as good as he seemed to be. Would be extremely grateful for ...

Re: BOTOX injections
Violet, Yes, I was one of Dr. Atashroo’s last patients at NorthShore. I know she’s in CA now and it is quite far so I was looking for someone closer. Thank you for the list of PTs. I went to some of them already but unfortunately they just say to forget about pain and just do exercises, which I have...

Re: BOTOX injections
This was posted a long time ago, but I will still reply in case if anyone finds this useful. I had botox done and it was quite helpful. And a very comfortable experience too, especially after long time of chronic pain, anesthesia gave such a nice break from it. But the effect of injections wears awa...
