I posted two suggestions on two other threads; "make your own cushion" and "padded toilet set raiser". I've tried the coccyx cushions but they are wedges that kill my spine; bought a foam pad to cut out a U shape myself but it's too hard and too high so am waiting for the toilet ...

I share your pain, had bilateral pudendal nerve surgery 7 weeks ago and underwear can be excruciating . I now wear loose trousers and French knickers that are the most comfortable. Can't quite believe underwear can cause pain but omg it does!!!
