Re: Slightly altered position on toilet is helping
This morning, I noticed that my new position feels like it is stretching the pelvic muscles on the side of the anus towards the front of my body. The soreness that I've felt afterwards seems to be lessening each day, so perhaps those muscles were tight which was causing more pressure towards the bac...

Slightly altered position on toilet is helping
I've been using a small stool as a makeshift squat stool (about 5.5 inches tall and 11 inches wide) for almost two years. I bought an actual squatty potty (7 inches tall and 15 inches wide), but it felt uncomfortable to use the first couple of times that I tried it so I kept using the other stool in...

Re: Pudendal and/or Posterior Femoral Cutaneous nerve proble

Re: Pudendal and/or Posterior Femoral Cutaneous nerve proble
Thanks for you response, April! I've mentioned the possibility of nerve issues to my CRS and PT. I'm very annoyed that I'm the one who had to bring it up, considering my symptoms seem to point to it. My PT referred me to a nerve specialist that works at the same pelvic health center. I don't think s...

Pudendal and/or Posterior Femoral Cutaneous nerve problems?
Hello, everyone! Here's my story. I would greatly appreciate any insight that you may have regarding my problems. In January 2017, after a short bout of harder-than-normal BMs, I got a superficial fissure, internal hemorrhoids, and some bizarre pain that would radiate into my left butt cheek and dow...
