Thank you so much Violet, yes I understand. I dont want to do anything and worsen my pain more, as it is I have a hard time lying down, my pain level is only controlled by lyrica, I am trying to hold on to life with the help of my medications.

I do suffer from this problem for 18 months since the start of my PN. I am taking fiber, laxatives etc and I know it is really very hard.
