Health Organization for Pudendal Education

My pelvic pain physio thinks that I have Maignes Syndrome ( I also have a diagnosis of Pudendal Neuralgia) . Who would I need to contact in Nantes with regard to diagnosis and nerve block for Maignes Syndrome and is anyone able to give me an idea of cost for this please ? I live in the UK
