Michael Durtnall and Sayer Clinic - 5 year recovery
Hi All, I have been posting PN recovery updates every few years after my treatment with Michael Durtnall at Sayer Clinics in 2016. Some of the stories here are heartbreaking, and I recognise the pain and hopelessness that comes with this condition all too well. PN makes you feel like you'll never be...

Re: Pelvic health progress over 12 years
Hi Leah,
I'm also a long term patient of Dr. Durtnall with a very similar story, although different pelvic issues.
I'd love to know if you've had any more flare ups since posting?
Have you had any that seem to self-resolve or do you always need treatment?

Michael Durtnall & Sayer Clinic Update 2016 - Present
Hi All, I wrote a post in 2017 regarding my treatment at Sayer Clinic (2016), here's a summary and update! Original Post Summary (2017): Over the past five years, after a fall on the coccyx, I’d developed severe pelvic pain, discomfort, and a relentless need to use the bathroom without ever feeling ...

Re: Male Pudendal Nerve Entrapment Diary...
Hi Andy, I'm still doing well, only minor pangs that sometimes come and go away on their own. I think it's years of habitual of neural behaviour as you mentioned somewhere. You haven't posted for a while on here. I hope you're ok. What does your treatment look like now? Have you had any developments...

Re: My Pelvic treatment with Marta/Michael at Sayer Clinics
Hi Gill, I'm so glad to hear another person speak out about this! I was getting a bit depressed, having to defend my personal experience and the work they do at Sayers, here alone. I'm also glad you're getting better, its amazing how little things like being able to sit without thinking can change y...

Re: Dr Michael Durtnall
Hi Alan, I am not picking on you! I simply posted my personal experience on here, to which your response was to belittle it, dissect my language, and demand I produce objective evidence for it! How is that a reasonable way to behave? How is that a reasonable response to somebody sharing their story?...

Re: Dr Michael Durtnall
Hi Alan, , I'm labelling you obsessive ... paranoia... pedantically dissected by you, ...badgered for evidence... accusatory and ill-disposed. You have no real interest in the answers to these questions, Alan. . Forum Rule No 2 : 2. Discuss and debate important issues without personal attacks. Alan...

Re: Dr Michael Durtnall
Hi Alan, I will remove the word obsessive, if it offends you, as that is a direct negative statement about you personally. However the other sentences you've quoted are descriptive of your approach to the discussion and not attacks, just like you have made fun of people's styles of writing with word...

Re: Dr Michael Durtnall
Hi Alan, Dr. Durtnall is your most active subject. Your most active subject is one you seem compelled to attack from every angle - If its not the lack of peer reviewed evidence, its the anonymity of the posters, if not that, its the style of language, if not that, its the ambiguity of the treatments...
