The pain specialist I am going to is a former president of the American Pain Society. I have been to him before with a good result on cervical facet arthritis. So I have optimism.

78y/o male with Chronic pain over the left ischial tuberosity. Pain occurs localized while sitting and lying down. For sensitive to finger touch. Originally diagnosed by Pelvic PT as obturator internus muscle tightness at attachment to the ischial tuberosity. Had 5 mo of PT with massage to this area...
