Sitting, what worked what didn't
Just a little PSA here and wanted to share my triumphs and failures for cushions.I have spent so much money and wasted time before finding what worked for me and wanted to pass on that knowledge. I have suffered with pudendal neuralgia/pain for years and years, it's gotten better but only with manag...

Re: Two glorious weeks, why?
Interesting, I did have a month or so of being completly good, no pain what so ever. Not sure why? Then it crept back but I figured it was from doing specific types of leg exercises that hit the pudendal nerve perhaps, maybe? It comes and goes so I wonder if it's purely mechanical?

really good cushion
I was talking to another user of this here and it just dawned on me to post up what I like and use. I use a theraseat http://www.theraseat.com and it's been great. My PT had me sit on one in her office and I knew it would be good from the start. They make a cushion specifically for my problem which ...

Pelvic Pain and rehab clinics, any good?
Has anyone here gone to these PT's? I notice they have several offices so it must be a chain. Any advice or experience you could give?

Robax
Is anyone here finding relief with Robax? It seems to take the edge off. I have tried lots of other drugs but they seem to just zone me out.
