Do you mega dose with Benfotiamine? Do these supplements help you? I have read about mega dosing with Benfotiamine or a regualr B1 complex to be helpful, but then read it could cause liver damage. I'm not sure if it is true.

Is it ok to do abdominal exercises?

I have had a pudendal block that worked for about 6 months. Then I had a block that lasted for a couple years! ( I would still get flare ups off and on after a bowel movement sometimes) But the last two blocks only lasted for up to two months. How can this be? I am only allowed 3 blocks a year.
