I don't know if this would help anyone, but I'm learning that my symptoms are linked with lupus. Flares seem to intensify spasms and pain. Also, increased anxiety seems to play a big part...and my darn period. On a good note, the PT works. Yes! I was able to get symptom free, by doing release stretc...

My quality of life is improving. Positivity, daily PT (Amy Stein: Healing Pelvic Pain), and cardio, weekly intense PT (cold laser, ultrasound, muscle rolling, trigger point therapy), and adopting an IC diet have helped!
