Re: Pudendal neuralgia on dorsal nerve?
Thanks for your answer, Violet. Since my first symptom after the incident was that massive emission of prostate secrete during erection, i've read now that this also could be caused by the hypogastric nerve. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypogastric_nerve "The hypogastric nerve is responsible f...

Re: Pudendal neuralgia on dorsal nerve?
After all that pain meds with no relief, i've tried now 3 days each 100mg Prednisolone (Cortisone) which had some effect on the swelling of the flaccid glans and the persistent pain. Could this help in case of a nerve injury or would this rather point to another problem?

Re: New male suffering from PN
PRF normally is performed at the nerve roots? When spoken about PRF here, is then meant a PRF at the nerve roots or directly at the pudendus nerves?
The direct PRF to the dorsale penile nerves is still performed in Turkey but i don't know if it's serious or helpful for pain.

Re: Pudendal neuralgia on dorsal nerve?
Hi Violet, thx for your answer. I've tried Lidocaine and Cortison but it didn't help much. And Capsaicin i've not tried so far but i assume it burns. I still think about getting a nerve block anywhere. Could it eventually be PGAD what occurs also in men as i've read? I wonder if neuromodulation coul...

Ic...
