Re: Publication Abstract - A Must Read!
Hi everyone, I think we have to focus on the issue of compression. As I have stated before, my pain originated from sitting. Meaning symptoms originally came on upon sitting. I never had a surgery nor an accident. Woke up one morning to this mess. As time went on, symptoms progressed and new symptom...

Re: Publication Abstract - A Must Read!
So Violet,
All the weightlifters, football players, etc or a whole lot of them should have PNE according to your logic. However, it is almost unheard of. I doubt you have done more intense exercise then these olympians, professional athletes, etc...

Re: Publication Abstract - A Must Read!
This article proves that there is no such thing as entrapment for the vast vast majority! It is a bogus surgery and with the lowest possible success rates. The European doctors came to this conclusion a long time ago. The doctors who do the surgery tell indiviuals that they are entrapped and then th...

Re: Publication Abstract - A Must Read!
Seth, The only time I experience pain is primarily sitting or standing in one spot(not moving). Don't really experience pain moving. So, I can exercise, play sports, hike etc. without much pain. Of course when I have been sitting all day, muscles in pelvis feel soar so am much worse at the end of th...

Re: Publication Abstract - A Must Read!
Ezer, I stopped PT a long time ago. I tried journaling but not consistently. I tried TRE, which helps calm my nervous system. I have talked to Monte briefly, read his book and listened to his CDs. Haven't had phone consult with him. I have not done Net, EMDR, or brain spotting. I've tried a million ...

Re: Publication Abstract - A Must Read!
Ezer, I have been trying to work on the emotions. Revisiting events that gave me physical symptoms at the time such as, feeling in stomach, sweaty palms, etc. However, I haven't had any change in symptoms while trying to feel my emotions. I think that I may be one of those who has suffered due to da...

Re: Publication Abstract - A Must Read!
Seth, What got me on the PN journery is that I read the criteria for PN in the beginning which says pain relieved when sitting on toilet and pain not waking you up at night. I didn't have much pain in pirineum in the beginning. It has evolved to pain in that area and pain in buttocks and burning fee...

Re: Publication Abstract - A Must Read!
Ezer, I could see what you are saying. Just a curious question. Both you and Dave(restorative exercises) had your last surgery with Dellon. It seems that Dellon is a very respected surgeon and his MD, PHD credentials are quite impressive. We all know that nerves take a long time to heal. Is it possi...

Re: Publication Abstract - A Must Read!
What trips me up in the mindbody conncetion is the following. I didn't have a physical trauma at the onset of my pain. I woke up one morning and took a 2 hour drive. On my return back, I started to experience burning sensation. The burning sensation was at the tip of the penis and would only occur w...
