Re: Dr. Attaman
Yes, absolutely, thank you for the clarification! Dr. Attamanmod3 wrote:Just to clarify, this is a section of the forum specific to Dr. Attaman. I think everyone can understand that is what Dr. Attaman is referring to -- not the entire pudendalhope.org forum.

Re: Breast Pain due to Central Sensitization?
Well, about 2.5 months ago it seems out of no where I developed breast pain. It began as quite severe (burning/tenderness/extreme sensitivity to clothing). I had started a low dose of Flexeril at night to help with sleep/muscle pain about 2 months prior so I stopped it in case it was in some myster...

Re: A message from Dr. Attaman regarding nerve blocks
Hi Throwaway2019; Did the pudendal block give relief of your symptoms in the first few hours immediately after the procedure? Oftentimes they will give excellent relief for the first few hours but nothing lasting beyond that. Some patients interpret that as a failed procedure. However, that is a su...

Re: People With Success W/New Pulsed Low Radiofrequency Abla
Saint, There was a reply from Dr Attaman about this (not sure I am spelling his name right) at the bottom of page 1 of this post. He is saying that the term 'ablation' is not appropriate. He uses 'Treatment' instead. It doesn't zap the nerve out of existence. It is 'pulsed' in such a way as to not ...

Re: Cryoablation in the US, for the pudendal nerve
Does anyone know if there's more than 1 US MD who's doing cryoablation for the pudendal nerve? I know about JD Prologo, MD of Emory U. in Atlanta, GA but wonder if any other MD is doing cryoablation for the pudendal nerve. If you know of anyone else, please submit a posting with that MD's name and ...

Re: A message from Dr. Attaman regarding nerve blocks
Dr Attaman What is your opinion of pudendal nerve cryoablation ? I offer cryoablation of the pudendal nerve though try to reserve it as a last resort as it is a destructive procedure. We have a full size cryoablation unit in the clinic called the Epimed PainBlocker, formerly known as the Wallach pa...
