I have what I'm assuming is pudendal nerve irritation, likely due to overly tight pelvic floor muscles. I've seen nearly a dozen doctors and had colonoscopy, ultrasound, skin examination, etc. All of that came back normal. I know I have hypertonic pelvic floor, because that's something you can reco...

Same here. Some stretching is good, because it helps with tight pelvic floor muscles (a common cause of PN). But certain stretches do seem to aggravate symptoms ... for me anyway. I use to do the "happy baby" yoga pose, which is great for pelvic floor. But that's one that seems to cause p...
