Re: Has anyone here fixed genital numbness from surgery?
Have you spoken to Dr Conway. My entire vagina goes numb from time to time probably I'm guessing from the PN. I don't bother going to docs anymore for this but it comes and goes. Not fixed.

Re: IN THE DIAGNOSIS PROCESS - NEED HELP FROM YOU GUYS
To the OP you sound like you have PN. I'm off the opinion (for what that's worth) that PN levator ani pelvic floor dysfunction etc are all the same thing. Muscles squeezing on the pudendal nerve causing intense pain. I am sorry to say 7 years in this March. You need oral medications. Cymbalta, Gabap...

Re: Doctors have given up on me after 3 years

Re: Doctors have given up on me after 3 years

Re: Doctors have given up on me after 3 years
It breaks my heart to read this. I was the opposite. I gave up on the doctors. I just stopped going. All it did was upset me that they had no answers. A few thoughts. The thing that brought me some semblance of relief was tramadol privicaine and Bella Donna. It's a compounded medication I insert rec...

I heard about this show & thought the same thing. I wonder if one of the pudendal hope doctors would be willing to reach out to them.

Re: Botox and Prolaspe
The main thing to understand is that the Botox injection hurt like hell. The first round I was awake. Worse pain I have ever exoerienced. The second round I was put under anesthesia but upon awakening had horrifying rectal pain. Thank god my doc offered a few days of narcotics to help. Did nothing t...
