Re: Hello All
I'm calling off surgery. NHS England will not help me with the costs. They seem to think treatment for this condition is just injections. I think they are easily confused plus there is a lot of bureaucracy. SO I am calling it off. I just plan on rotting now on sickness benefit until I am kicked off ...

Re: Hello All
Gary please stay strong though I hugely appreciate that it's not easy when suffering chronic pelvic pain. I try not to project too much into the future but take each day as new day and always manage to find something in that day to make me smile. I really hope you are able to have the surgery you s...

Re: Hello All
Hello all. I had a bit of depression about all this and removed my posts. This is not helpful to members, so sorry about that. Here I am nearly 5 months down the line with PNE part 2. I was ten years cured after my first surgery, and by cured I mean cured. I tried to continue working with this lates...

Re: I suspect I have PNE but I havent got a firm diagnosis
With pne there is no firm diagnosis.... maybe a nerve block indicates 'probably'... and when they cut open your arse cheeks you have another 'probably'... but there is no firm.. and given what a lazy sack of shite most gp doctors are... you will struggle and push to get other possibilities ruled out...

Re: Do i have PN(E) your thoughts/opinion please
I was cured for ten years following Nantes bilateral TG decompression. I have since succumbed again to PN/PNE, 4 months ago. I had no scrotal skin issues first time around. At the beginning of my 2nd bout of PN/PNE the skin felt strange, the texture felt different, perhaps more wrinkly, slightly num...

Re: Do i have PN(E) your thoughts/opinion please
I don't think your doctor is right regarding not fitting the criteria i.e. too little pain, and cycling for a fews days for less than 30 minutes, etc. Inactivity can result in very little pain. PNE at the beginning can cause little pain. Sitting down for a little while may be fine for some. Some peo...
