cushion for lower abs discomfort
One of my symptoms is that the area in my belly button gets super tight and I get bloated which then causes perineal burning. Anyone had luck having some sort of adjustment like a massaging chair that targets this? I'm one of those people that really needs to sit down to be productive so this is rea...

Re: doctor willing to write documents in east coast
I did have an MRI but I've just been told it was the wrong one (I had an abdominal MRI but what my new doctor needs is a pelvic MRI). So I'm getting a pelvic MRI next week and I'm terrified it'll show that my nerves have been being damaged all this time with all the stretching I've been doing with P...

Re: Hypogastric vs Pudendal
Hey sorry for the late reply. Yeah I'm always baffled as to why there aren't more people with numbness rather than pain symptoms on the forum as the definition given for pudendal neuralgia is pain or numbness. We may have a milder case of it? I actually do feel the urge to urinate but it has massive...

Re: doctor willing to write documents in east coast
Thanks everyone for your replies. It's good to have support of others going through the same thing. I tried contacting Dr. Dellon a while ago but because my symptoms are so different than most he doesn't think he can treat me. I have the tight pelvic muscles of someone who has a muscle dysfunction s...

doctor willing to write documents in east coast
Hi, I was diagnosed with pelvic floor myalgia by Dr. Richard Marvel. I was able to continue school and stuff at the time but now that I'm working things have gotten significantly worse and I can't sit or stand (so forget about the standing desk) without getting pain. So my employer who is super nice...

Re: Hypogastric vs Pudendal
Hey Dom, I have odd symptoms which no doctor or PT has ever wanted to classify as pudendal. I held in my pee for too long (I know, stupid trigger) and felt something tense up in my abdomen. Ever since, I can no longer feel urinating/having a bowel movement like I used to. Like, I can feel the urine ...

pelvic myalgia - weird tingling anyone?
Hey everyone! I have very particular symptoms that for some reason I can't find other people with tight pelvic floors have. But, in hopes there someone else like me out there here it goes: I'm a a 24 year old woman who deeply deeply deeply regrets holding in her in pee way too long in April of 2013....

Re: Mild pudendal neuralgia?
Thanks for the replies! I am very happy to hear that people have been cured! You guys have really renewed my hope that we might get better eventually! I'm pretty sure it's not cauda equina because I've only lost sensation internally, none really on the exterior but thanks for the heads up! This is a...

Mild pudendal neuralgia?
Hello, Has anyone here heard or have a milder case of pudendal neuralgia???? I have the same symptoms but on a what I assume is a much lower level: pain when sitting down pelvic pain loss of sensation in genital area And whilst I am familiar with these, everyone seems to be experiencing them on a mu...
