Hello, I also have tailbone and severe sit bone pain. I've had it for 2 years. The pain in my perineum area is nothing compared to the pain in my sit bone area. On top of that, I have trigger point pain from the Pudendal nerve. Does anyone have any trigger point pain (sacrum, hips, lower back) areas...

I have coccyx and major sit bone pain. In addition to feeling like I'm sitting on balls. My pain is bilateral. I' had my first visit with the pelvic floor therapist. Is it ok too go for medical massages with this pn issue.
