Hi I am back. I have been told by my chiropractor, Dr. Greaux, all I need to do to tighten the muscles in the pelvis is to walk. I walked two days and the third day I had PN. I have pain killers, but I need to stretch the IT Band and tighten the gluteal muscles every day. The pain killers don't help much. I have prescribed creams by my pain MD, and they help some, but as soon as I do any of the stretches or tightening the pain gets ugly.

It is the pelvis that is weak so it is instable. It became weak because I learned to relax my gluteal muscles so I didn't have any pudendal nerve pain.

I have PN for 7 years. It took me 4 years to find a doctors who gave my pain a name. My psychiatrist, Dr. Kaplowitz, treated me with muscle relaxers and medication for nerve pain. He didn't know what I had, but at least he was treating the symptoms, while I was looking for a diagnosis. A while later...
