Re: Are there any 100% success recoveries?

I too had that bowling ball weight in the rectum as well...horrible period. I also have piriformis syndrome (it's calmer now),and spasms everywhere, from my ham strings, glutes, IT band, ACL, SI joint and up into my back, but thankfully, I found treatment that has help me tremendously this past year...

Re: Acetabular Labral Tears

I posted a comment back in June regarding a suspected Labral tear in my left hip. It took three months to find a doctor who accepts Federal Workers comp, adding to the delay of finding out if this was the case. I had the MRI Arthogram (dye put right into the hip joint) done on September 19th...today...

Re: To all those of you who already have a nerve block

I know that I gained 10-15 lbs since my injury, but I don't specifically remember gaining weight from any of the (3) pn blocks. I was a very active person before pn, and now my life has been remodeled and therefore, my metabolism has changed.

Re: 10 hours after block

We all have different experiences, different levels of pain, and different doctors providing the injections. I have had 3 ct guided pn blocks...the first one gave me very little relief, but relief nontheless. The second and third ones were wonderful. Initial numbness, some soreness from injection si...

How was your MRI? Did they inject right into your hip?

PN and Hemmorroids

Amazing how showing all your vulnerabilities becomes the norm. So for 2 1/2 years, I have been dealing with PN, hip pain, SIJD, pain in the ankle (just found out that that is a normal thing win PN), IT band issues and the normal numbness etc....but now, an external hemmoroid. I have one grown child,...

Re: piriformis and pudendal problems

Helen, I have priformis syndrome, which has caused issues with my pn, sciatic nerve, si joint, glutes, hamstrings and today...I just found out that all of this may be cause by a labral tear in my hip joint. I had such horrible lumps (tps) in my piriformis, and my first botox injection only lasted 2 ...

Re: Acetabular Labral Tears

Hi all, After 2 1/2 years of being poked, proded, multiple drs., multiple xrays, mri's, ct scans, multiple back, si joint, hip also, trigger point, pne, and botox injections...I was told today, through a process of elimination, I may very well have a Labral tear. My neurologist wants me to get a sec...

Re: ergo system

Sorry for the delay in my response, but felt compelled to check in with Robert to see how he is doing. Just 2 yrs ago, I was a health addic, drank smoothies, ate raw foods, and walked four miles a day at lunch and when I was injured at work this lifestyle ended. I spent 23 hours a day on the livingr...

Re: PGAD - persistent genital arousal disorder

I am so glad this topic is being addressed. Twice this year, I suffered from a cold/flu that lasted for more than a week and I couldn't keep anything down...even my meds. A few days in, PGAD kicked in and I thought something was wrong with me; I am taking Gabapentin and Pristiq (and vicodin) and had...
