Dr. Dellon

Has anyone had successful surgery with Dr. Dellon? If so please tell me about the type of decompression and anything else of importance. I am truely sorry about the cases that did not turn out well despite the great start. Has any of you asked his opinion for this turn of outcome?

Dr. Howard uses this method. He has dedicated his life to finding solutions to pelvic pain. His crudentials seem quite good. laparoscopic PNE surgery

Has anyone had the Laparoscopic method of decompression surgery. If so please share your experience. Is it only applicable for certain locations of PN entrapment and not others? I would really like to know a whole lot more then I do about this method and how effective it is. I had it for other thing...

I heard from Dr. Amy Benjamin who is Dr. Fred Howards new protoge. He is semi-retired but they still do PNE surgeries together laparoscopically. She said that bilateral PNE is not as successfully treated as unilateral PNE by surgery.

He is a very nice person. Caudal epidural Injections are $500 per shot, cash. He treats everyone with P.N. the same way, weekly caudal epidurals. Recommends minimum 8-12 shots. Of the different types of scans available to diagnose P.N entrapment which is the best technically? Could you list the various types? I know of MRN, and 3T only. Could you explain the second one? How are they different, and which is the best?
