Is there a way to freeze or numb the dorsal nerve to the clitoris for persistant genital arousal. Wouldn't that stop the genital arousal symptoms?

Does anyone know if a dorsal nerve block could help with persistant genital arousal. If they numb the nerve wouldn't get rid of the arousal symptoms

Is it possible to kill or numb the nerve to the clitoris. Wouldn't this get rid of pgad if the nerve is dead, no signals could go to the clitoris. I don't care about having orgasms. Is there a doctor anyone would know of to talk about this.
