Re: pudendal neuropathy
Ericka, that's great news! ;) I would be interested to hear more details about your recovery. It sounds like maybe you live in Italy so....did you travel to California for the Stanford protocol or did you follow it out of a book? I think sometimes it is called Dr. Wise's protocol since it's not off...

Re: So many negative posts, is there really hope?
Dear Joeparz, I have just posted a succesful ending...the story is under Georgina. Recovery is absolutely possible. It's just that when you get better you just wish to throw everything behind and come back to these forums where thousand of sufferers write it's difficult. I thoght it was my duty to s...

Re: pudendal neuropathy
Oral Baclofen made me want to sleep and did not help my pelvic spasms as much. Vaginal Baclofen (compounded suppositories) have helped. I have a lot of spasms and wish I would have tried this sooner. I am actually about to try a Baclofen/Valium mix suppository. I hope the medication provides you so...

Re: pudendal neuropathy - Baclofen + Ketriplin cream
I have returned to work and I can sit normally for hours but it's best if I can get up and walk around a bit off and on throughout the day. Today I sat almost all day for a training. I do not take medications for PN anymore. Some of my symptoms I'm essentially cured from and I don't think about pain...

Re: pudendal neuropathy
[quote="helenlegs 11"] I think a good recovery has a lot to do with how the problem started Hi Helen, it started with sitting office hours on a very rigid chair. Started off with a very mild sacrum/backache, but disappeared after a few weeks. Felt a bruise-like pain on my coccyx after inte...

Re: Chair for coccyx releaf
Hi,
No, the anal/coccyx area doesn't touch the chair if the seat is moved forward enough. I imagine it also depends on the person's build but should work.

Re: pudendal neuropathy - Baclofen + Ketriplin cream
Hi Violet and Helenlegs, thanks very much for your answers. Botox into the piriformis is new to me. Doctors told about injections but in the gluteus area, near the nerve but no piriformis...and they also reckon my case doesn't require this yet. That's certainly something I need to ask about. Violet,...

Chair for coccyx releaf
http://www.haginc.com/products/hag-capisco/ Though this chair is not specifically designed for pelvic disorders, I find it absolutely helpful! For those like me who have pain on the coccyx and cannot seat normally, this chair has a movable seat, it slides forward and the coccyx area is free, your ba...
